Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@wheelwarriors.org within 7 days from the delivery of your shipment.
In such case, we will resend the items to you at no additional cost.
To be eligible for a return, you must provide us with proof (photos, videos) of the faulty item. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
No refunds will be issued. The broken item shall be substituted with a new item of the same value. Wheel Warriors will bear the shipping cost of the new item if proven that the previously shipped item was damaged.
Refunds
Certification kits:
If your certification is not validated, and no additional or sufficient proof is provided upon the request of our assessors then your refund will be processed within 15 days (it may take up to 90 days for your bank to credit the amount), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
An admin fee of 10 USD will be deducted from your payment.
Products and items:
No refunds for any goods purchased separately from the store (excluding items included in the certification kit).
